“Joch” is a German word meaning “saddle”. Tanigawadake Joch is located in the saddle of Mt. Tanigawa.
Just a 2-hour journey from Tokyo, a ropeway and a lift will take you to an altitude of 1500 meters, a world apart. After taking a break at the cafe on the observation deck, stroll along the Rainbow Promenade while enjoying the views of the 2000-meter-class mountains. You can also enjoy the wonders of the mountains with our speciality mountain cuisine, and cycling with views of the cliffs.
